Does not update any of your info – My Mobile Account Assistant Review

I was able to submit a claim which was pretty awesome, but you would think that if the app could do something that sophisticated, it should be able to have the regular website feed your updated info. so that you don't have to go to login to the website. I am disappointed. I have used other flex plan apps that worked. It can't be that difficult to create a good product.
