Great idea. Bad implementation. Buttons don't work so you can't navigate from the screens. It takes longer to file with the "convenient" app that do fax and email documentation. Fix this app or ditch it!

Most of the time it keeps quitting before I can even sign in. I would say probably 1/4 of the time I can actually sign in. This app seems very outdated once you're inside and the upper buttons don't work because they're in with the status bar. Delete. The website works better anyway.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Couldn't get out of "submit a claim" page, couldn't go forward or backward. Buttons are under iPhone header which makes them "untouchable"

For the amount of money you make off of your customers you can afford to hire someone to ACTUALLY write and maintain a decent app. Get with it and test your product when you have it.

I downloaded to try and submit documentation via a picture and it does absolutely nothing. No messages no current plan year. Shows payment from five and six years ago. Don't tell us to use the app if it is junk and doesn't work.

The app itself is good as long as you can navigate the screen. Like others have said, the iOS version of this app can end up putting the buttons too high on the screen (up where the normal iOS information is, like time, battery strength, signal strength, etc). I think I have figured out what's going on – I have an iPhone 5S, but when I go to the "Settings" page in the app, it says it thinks I have an iPhone 6. Since the iPhone 6 has a bigger screen than the 5S, that would explain why the screens are not rendered properly. Unfortunately, since this app has not been updated in years, I doubt that this bug will be fixed…. :-/ Still, I find this a very useful app.

App doesn't appear to have been updated so they must have fixed it on the backend. Used to only pull up my old account but now opens my current. This makes me happy because submitting receipts from your phone is so easy.
