Mostly good, but...

Works great...most of the time. Latest update gives me a menu retrieval error and the update prior to that overlaid screens on top of one another making the functionality unusable. Haven't been able to submit claims through the app for at least two weeks. Before the updates the app worked fine and the convenience was unbeatable and it was incredibly fast and easy to submit claims. Guessing they don't test to make sure changes go in correctly which is just poor usability on the developers side.


Can't get past error popup

All the app does is pop up a Menu Retrieval Error window, with a Reload button, which then reloads the menu Retrieval Error popup... ad infinitum/nauseum. Meanwhile I can see the actual menu items, taunting me mercilessly with their unreachability just below the infinite loop of error popups. :( :( :(

I was pleasantly surprised at how simple the app is to use. All the relevant information is clearly displayed, and the image upload feature actually works!

I've tried this app several times and it never works. Always says loading and never gets to where I can view my account or file a claim.

Buttons are often not responsive, probably due to location in the screen. Seems you have to touch them in just the right spot. Design bleeds into the status bar on top of the iPhone.


Menu Retrieval Error

App worked great for several months (I loved being able to upload a picture of my receipts), but now once I log in, I repeatedly get a Menu Retrieval Error. It's been over a month, and still hasn't been fixed, which makes the app useless.

Which isn't often. SO frustrating- buttons rarely respond and you get stuck not being able to go forward and not being able to cancel ?


Bad Button Design, Can’t update to 1.8

With V1.7 the “Done” button conflicts with the upper Apple screen (iOS8.3) and rarely works. I have to punch it a lot or times before I either find the sweet spot or it finally responds. All the buttons do not function smoothly, but at least the larger ones tend to work. I see on the App store that it is at V1.8, however, I cannot get it to updated as the app store reports it is already downloaded. V1.8 supposedly fixed user interface issues, but I can’t get to it. That being said, it’s a good concept, and if the buttons worked reliably I’d be happy with it.
