I tried to submit several claims with invoice photos and receipts (at snail pace) only to have it freeze on each upload. What a time waster.

I called to get them to help me with possibly fixing the issues or providing me a work around. No luck. The app is crap and completely doesn't work.

Can't see filed claims

Way too basic, I can't see any claims I've filed and whether they're approved or not. If you're only using this a file claims with documentation, might be okay for you.
