I no longer have the option on my app to manage and control devices connected to the modem. I used to have it but now it’s gone, even though I’m leasing a compatible modem ( C4000LG). Deleted the app and reinstalled, that didn’t help. Customer service wasn’t helping either. Very disappointing!!

The worst!!

This has been the worst service I ever got in my entire life! There is not one person who can solve my problem which is I CANNOT SEE MY BILL OR DO ANYTHING in my account. But I am expected to pay my bill with LATE FEES. Are you all a joke? What kind of IT cannot solve a technical issue. The only thing they offer is resetting the password although I speak English and say “I am able to log in successfully, but I cannot see my account information” This company is like a corner deli, no professionalism whatsoever. Nobody even tries to hear the frustration.

We’ve been customers for 30 plus years and are not allowed to pay our bill the way we’ve paid it for those thirty years. I’m incensed. Century Link customer service is less than helpful. Choose another company if you can.

I was on hold for over an hour, talked to a representative for about 3 minutes, gave her a good contact number if we got disconnected, got disconnected, never received a call back, and I haven’t been able to use the internet since I got it 2 months ago. Yet, I have paid over $500 for it… I want a refund if this is how you conduct business!

It’s been more than a week since we payed you and still no connection. It will not connect to our tv after several calls and doing everything and more. Now we’ve been on hold for 45 + minutes and I’m not sure where to go from here do we need a tech to come out can we get an appointment set up? And soon
