Something is not right!

Signed into my account and it sends me someone else’s bill and information!!!!! What kind of privacy is that???!!

I made a payment to centurylink. Centurylink; after weeks attempted to draw the money from my account and the withdrawal was flagged by my bank. I contacted centurylink about the charge and was informed that there was no charge. Centurylink then submitted the charge again; adding it to existing balance plus some other unknown charge (voice). I contacted centurylink and made pay arrangements on Friday (with confirmation number). Service was not restored. Made calls and attempted to restore service over several days. Payment was withdrawn and service has yet to be restored. Representative said 2-24 hours on Friday. Sunday afternoon; still no service.
Why I don’t like Centurylink

It’s been 8 days since the outage!! I’ve talked to 3 people. The 1 girl I talked to has got to be the Rudest employee I’ve Ever dealt with. Kept arguing with me after I told her there was a fire across the street and the lines were on in the raging fire. Oncor spent all night repairing the lines. She insisted it wasn’t that and it was My house! Said it would be 90.00 for someone to fix the lines. The rudest person I’ve ever talked to! Not even 15 mins later I got a message from yall there was an outage. I have yet to see anyone from Centurylink come to our lines since outage!

If you’re looking to overpay for inconsistent WiFi, pathetic customer support, buffering videos, and unusable internet....then this is the company for you. It’s no wonder why their stock price has been endlessly dropping.

I’m not getting the service I’m paying for & low bandwidth, the last technician that came to my home even told me so. Mean while, I continue to get offers to increase my service your company cannot deliver what I’m already paying for….

Horrible service- email and all other services go out for days and then you finally get someone and they can not speak English!

I have been without Internet for over a day now. Have been waiting for technician. Was on hold for 50 minutes trying to talk to someone. Finally get through and get disconnected! No call back! Why ask for my call back number if you’re not going to call me back!!?? Still waiting to get my service back on line!!
