The worst!! – My CenturyLink Review

This has been the worst service I ever got in my entire life! There is not one person who can solve my problem which is I CANNOT SEE MY BILL OR DO ANYTHING in my account. But I am expected to pay my bill with LATE FEES. Are you all a joke? What kind of IT cannot solve a technical issue. The only thing they offer is resetting the password although I speak English and say “I am able to log in successfully, but I cannot see my account information” This company is like a corner deli, no professionalism whatsoever. Nobody even tries to hear the frustration.
