Service – My CenturyLink Review

I was on hold for over an hour, talked to a representative for about 3 minutes, gave her a good contact number if we got disconnected, got disconnected, never received a call back, and I haven’t been able to use the internet since I got it 2 months ago. Yet, I have paid over $500 for it… I want a refund if this is how you conduct business!
