I’ve tried multiple times to use the MPix app and every time it fails. I love the online site - it’s the best quality photo printing - and wish their app actually worked.

I love the quality of MPix photos. Which makes is very frustrating that the app is so horrible. I spent 2 hours carefully selecting photos in the app, only to find out from MPix customer service that the app ‘doesn’t work’. In order to print my iPhone photos, I need to log online and do via their website. I recommend deleting the app from App Store to save others the time/trouble of selecting photos, only to fine out that they cannot be uploaded. Very frustrating.

Mpix has great prints. Some of the best I’ve found. That said, this app has brought me nothing but frustration. After several tries, signing out and back in again, testing different upload quantities, I have never successfully completed an upload from the app and been able to print. Save yourself and just upload from your computer. This app is a total dud.

It took forever to upload 35 pictures and when it came time to order none of the pictures were in my cart. Waste of time.

Is this a real app? Or a pretend app? I upload my pictures and there is literally no way to order pictures. I'm just stuck on the "upload photos" screen. I used this app years ago and it worked brilliantly. What the heck happened??

Constantly says my credit card does not verify. Same card works fine on Mpix.com. Very poor app.

No offense to this company BUT I wasted 2+ hours today trying to order some prints. (That's not to mention trying to use their equally horrible mobile website and desktop website.) In the app, I made it all the way through checkout, only to discover that the app would not allow me to enter a coupon code. The app insisted on using some other code. There was no way to override. Some advice, if you're going to order from this company, which has excellent reputation for quality prints, I highly advise just going to their full desktop site. Between their iPhone/iPad app, their mobile site, and their full site, the full site was the least frustrating. (But even THAT was clunky and frustrating.) Again, I don't want to sound like I'm trashing this company because they do have a great reputation. But their whole online presence feels like an ecommerce website from the 1990's.
