Can't access all phone photos
I hate the apple app store
I can't access my photo library, only the other albums on my phone. Useless....
No paypal option!

The app appears to work fine. The only annoying thing is there is no PayPal option during check out.

I've been using mpix for years to print photos- I've tried many other photo printing services and the quality of mpix is hands down the best. Which is why I'm so frustrated that the app doesn't work. It crashes during photo upload every single time I've tried it. I'm a loyal customer and up to this point I've continued to place orders from my desktop, but it's really a hassle to transfer images from my phone to my computer in order to use their service. I'm now looking for a new service provider because I don't have the time/patience to continue to jump through hoops to print photos. Please fix this!!
Great prints, garbage app

I've used mpix for prints several times. The quality of the prints is great; however, it takes a lot of patience to get an order submitted. I've been using the app since 2014 and it's been a piece of garbage the entire time. Updates resolve one error and then another one comes up. This time I can't actually order because the app crashes whenever I tap on my credit card expiration date to enter the info. Thanks, mpix that's really helpful. I would think after nearly three years of being online they would have fixed these glitches, but maybe they just get all their revenue from android users?? It would be great to see the app actually work once since I've literally never been able to order prints without multiple crashes during the ordering process.

Spent so much time going through my photos creating an order- put in billing info and everything and it is just frozen on the "peeping upload" screen. I tried multiple times.

There are tons of bad reviews here for a reason. I downloaded the app, grabbed a bunch of photos and attempted to upload them. The app won't go past that point. It constantly says there is an error and boots me out. I have tried closing the app, turning on and off my phone, even deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing fixes the problem. What's frustrating is they haven't even attempted to update the app in a year, yet they still advertise it like it actually works. I'm quite frustrated and disappointed in their service.

"Epic fail" piece of software. Clearly nobody internally QC'd or even used this app. When opening photo selector, I get a seemingly random list of my various photo albums, ignoring any folder or string structure and not providing me with photo app typical sorting functions. Show stopper right there, as it is impossible to find a specific selection of photos to upload and order. Once the basics are sorted, we could start discussing MPix pro extension.
