I do agree that it's frustrating with how long it takes for the pictures to download, but a little bit of patience goes a long way. These pictures are great quality & I can't wait to hang them up!!

Constantly hangs up and can't upload.

I get emails about stuff in my cart, but when I go to upload or proceed to purchase the app hangs up. Lots of lost revenue for Mpix. You might want to wake the IT team up and tell them to fix it.

I've tried to place an order twice and it never uploads my photos. It's frustrating spending so much time trying to put together a collage to find out the pictures don't upload. I hate this app.

This app has more problems than a psych ward! Get it fixed or you're losing a long time customer.

Don't expect to finish an order.

I've never been able to upload the photos in my cart from this app. It hangs every time. Tip: don't spend a significant amount of time selecting and cropping photos - you probably won't be able to upload them.

Buggy, unintuitive, doesn't upload photos.

If you can actually get your pictures to upload, (I haven't been able to the last 3 times I've tried) the quality is great. But I've also had to reach out to customer service multiple times because the either cropped my picture when they weren't supposed to or sent it horizontal when it was ordered vertical, etc. Definitely more or a hassle than it's worth.

I've tried this app 3 times on various levels of iOS...I never uploads my pics. I spend hours making edits, then load all my info, type in credit card...then nothing. Junk app. Trust the other reviews and don't waste your time.

But the same thing happened for me as others who have left reviews. I tried twice to get only 3 pictures to upload and I got and error both times.
