Keeps failing

Am I the only one with issues? Granted, I have large 42 mp JPGs that are like 7mb each but this shouldn’t fail like this. Every time I try to save my project the screen goes blank in the app. I’ve now lost my order flow multiple times and am about to give up. This was my first order and it was about $140 to try this out. I get the “Adding to Cart” scrolling bar that never ends, even after uploading all the files on a very fast connection. Would be great if it worked.

I love the options, but it took forever to figure out how to load pictures - has to be one at a time rather than several at a time. Love the options, but wish it had a tutorial or something

Their app still is such a headache....I’ve been working on printing 4000 plus photographs and it’s taken me hundreds of man hours...their online support is well intentioned and kind but they can’t so much from their end so it is basically useless (at least they are kind and sweet about it...although their app has grown leaps and bounds from when I first started using it;It still has a loooong way to go...the only reason I have been so faithful to MPIX is that their metallic prints are so beautiful...and I haven’t found anyone else who provides metallic paper...

I downloaded this site as an app on my phone because I print photos often, and this company has unique ideas for prints. The first collage prints I ordered were beautiful and the shipping was fast!!

Needs to be easier Very frustrating To Add to cart and keep order there if you are not ready to check out I have had 2 orders get deleted I am going to try using the app 1 more time I like The quality of your pictures better but Shutterfly is so much easier to use
Having issues

Been working for 2 hrs. on project. Go to edit and loose all I have done. Not a happy camper. Have always been impressed with Mpix quality and recently had family photos and trying to order prints. Been long morning
