Can’t even get past the upload screen. I have an iPhone X with latest updates. Unacceptable. Heard great things about desktop version but not likely I will use at this point.

I’ve read all of the negative reviews and find them unfortunate. I’m not even that good with my phone because I’m kind of old but I easily uploaded, edited and ordered and it only took minutes. This is a professional developing firm and the pictures are unmatched.

This app was great when it first came out and despite many rr-downloads, using it on different WiFi, and trying to upload only One photo at a time, it hasn’t worked for me since 2016. Fail.

I’ve used Mpix several times and the quality of pics is great, but recently the app is terrible!!! It takes forever to upload pictures and crashes all the time. Very frustrating.

I spent about 4 hours on 3 devices trying to upload photos on the app and their website only to have the photo upload on the website repeatedly crash and wipe out all of my selections and the photo transfer during the submission of the order on the app repeatedly get stuck and time out. The app is badly designed - you can’t reverse what you just did so if you select 50 photos from your photo library, and accidentally skip over photos number 6, 12 and 34 instead of adding them to your transfer file (which is easy to do due to the placement of these buttons) then they are gone for good! You then have to try to remember which photos they were and find them to individually add them to your transfer file again. This app looks like it was designed by someone who has never used an app like this and so they haven’t thought of all of the details in the way the end user will utilize the app to ensure an efficient photo selection, room for user errors (like taping on the wrong buttons), and an efficient upload and transfer of the photos once you submit your order. The app is too basic, tedious and repetitive and leaves no room for errors. This is a total waste of time. I don’t understand how this company can even be in business if people can’t upload and even get to the point where they can successfully submit their order?!! And my purchase alone would have been $200+. They must be losing a staggering amount of money!

The photos pull up oldest to newest--maddening. There isn't just a camera roll folder. I didn't even upload 1 photo due to the idiot developer who thought this app up.
No where for discount code and no uploading

I love your work, I don’t like your app! No place to order wallets, no place to use discount codes or points, and the app crashed when you start uploading. I can use my desktop but it’s ridiculous that I should have to!

That app doesn’t work . I tried it for the first time and it froze I uninstalled it and installed it again the same thing happened. I was hoping it’s a buck that they going to fix but unfortunately it’s not. Just simply doesn’t . It’s a work waste of time.
