Great when I first used it, unusable now.

When I first heard about this app from the wall street journal review, I downloaded it and loved how easy to use it was. Whatever has changed since then has made it to practically unusable. It won’t add photos from my phone to the cart, Nor can I upload photos to the website. It’s useless if I can’t add photos. I wish I didn’t have to find another provider for this.
Easy ordering, but no tracking

The process of choosing photos and having them upload to order was fairly quick and easy. However, even though I entered my email address, I received no email confirmation of my order. There is also not a “profile” tab or the ability to check that your order was successful through the app. I had to log onto the Mpix site through my computer to double check.
Problem with app

I used to order all the time, but every time I go to checkout, it will not allow me to proceed. It just freezes on one screen. I have an iPhone 7 so my phone should not be the issue. This is very disappointing.
App shuts down when I go to order

Every time I go to put in my cc info the app shuts down on me—I have loaded all my pics & now what????
Love the website, hate the app!

The app never works. It’ll upload one picture and then crash. The website is great though and their print quality is top notch.
