Love MPIX but app need some work

I love MPIX, quality is unbeatable. However, App’s a little disappointing. Great that you can upload from your Photos on your phone. But, would love ability to zoom in on photos to make sure I’m uploading the right ones, and to select more than 1 photo at a time to add to cart.
App never works

In this day and age you would think MPix would have fixed their App by now. It never, never works. No matter how many times or how many devices I try (IPad Pro, IPhone 7+ and even my Apple desktop). Can’t get pictures to upload. I guess I’ll have to stick with Shutterfly for now.

I was so excited to see there was an app for my favorite photo printing site to make printing easier. After uploading them all I got random error messages... what a waste of time and loss of business

I do most of my shopping etc using apps and this app doesn’t even work. If it had almost the same info as website it would be tremendous.

I want to love and use Mpix but that app makes it impossible to do it from your phone. I have spent too many hours uploading photos again and again only to have the app crash each time. So frustrating that I am forced to find a new place to take my business.

Mpix is a great photo service with excellent quality prints and photo books. Can’t beat it. I’ve used Mpix extensively for my wedding and family photos via upload on my computer. Sadly, this app never works. Crashes every time I try to upload a photo from my phone. I keep trying, hoping there will be an update to fix it but it doesn’t change. Mpix, I would love to order more from you - please have someone work on the app!!

I love Mpix print quality but This app has terrible reviews for a reason. Crashes every time I try to upload. I’m going to go to Shutterfly because they’re app is easy to use.

Kinda defeats the purpose if the photos can’t be sent to Mpix. No in-app support. On an iPhone 8 running iOS 11. Upload operation just sits there holding the phone hostage until the upload fails and a cryptic web service error is displayed. My wife asked me to use this because she likes the photo quality. I’m astonished she ever got any photos uploaded to begin with. You guys really need to get it together.
