Don't download, scam

Leaving this here until my issue is fixed. I downloaded this as I needed a quick place to store my Monero before sending it to my wallet. I'm pretty experience with crypto but didn't realize freewallet has such a bad reputation. I sent my xmr here which has now been confirmed 35 times already and still there isn't even a pending notification.

The Monero freewallet is a good wallet app. It sleek and easy to use. Very simple to create a wallet and easy to access. Freewallet provides good support also. The only reason why I am giving this a 3 star is because I mined xmv to my xmr wallet. I did so thinking I was going to be able to access the private keys needed to export my xmr address, but I guess I was wrong. Support told me they cannot provide me with the keys for me to export. So I guess my xmv are lost and I’ll probably will never be able to claim it. Update: My ticket was closed. I was told they are working on a way for users export their wallet to desktop or other devices, honestly I don’t see that happening soon. Update: my user id is e50df8f5. Last update: So pretty much this was their response. I don’t understand why they don’t have export service for xmr(any of their wallets actually), but they can provide that service for bitcoin wallet. They pretty much stole my xmv. “we understand your request but not able to satisfy it. Since export service is not provided for the XMR Freewallet app, you won't be able to claim your XMV with the external service through this operation. Best regards, Freewallet Support Team”

1 my money is hold and frozen for 4 month and I still cannot withdraw my money. They ask you offer years before transactions even before you create an account. 2 how they steal your money? For they keep the private key. Remember if you cannot hold private key by yourself, the money is not yours 3 two of my friends’s money is stolen by using the app. Just google that , you could find many similar case

Just as the XMV hard fork is coming, freewallet makes it impossible to withdraw XMR. Just like with the XMO hard fork, they are clearly looking to run away with all of the XMV that we would have earned if we had our Monero in wallets with private keys. They never issued my XMO. There is no reason for XMR transactions to be failing right now. The network is slow but it is working. It is beyond obvious that we are being scammed

I have enjoyed using this app for a long time but I have recently experienced some XMR withdrawal issues. I will update this review as my situation progresses User ID: 4f203c10 Update: the app developers are claiming there is maintenance of the monero network which is false. They appear to be making up fake issues to deny my withdrawal requests. This might be a crypto exit scam but I will continue to update this review as I hear from Apple and the developer.

They keep your keys and never give them to you. This allows them to steal your funds and pretend it is a technical difficulty which they have done to countless people, just google “freewallet scam” and you will see.
