Great option to hold your XMR and convert on the fly other cryptos into XMR.

They do not give you access to the wallet private keys. In any way shape manner or form... OH! But I can access them from my FreeWallet account! This is the opposite of how cryptocurrency is built to function. The developers could walk away with your funds any day of the week and you would have no way of retrieving them.

Was able to send in in seconds They do offer few coins exchange which I love ! Only downside ,took me few hours to send out (got me there for a while) bot all got complete .

Freewallet Support Team is deliberately prolonging the process of recovery my money. 50 email sent and received and Support Team still advising me to check my WiFi!!! What a dirtbags! IF U WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY - STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEFS AND SCAMMERS!! DO NOT EVEN THINK TO USE THIS APP. Apple was contacted twice about this fraud- and this App is still available for download “exclusively” from the Apple App Store! Apple simply told me that they are not responsible for the third party application. What a nonsense! If you promoting this scammers from Freewallet so “exclusively” on your online store - you are facilitating this fraud and will be an accessory defendant in the court right next to Freewallet CEO Alvin Hagg! I lost approx $4,000 in trade, which very conservative number. If it wasn’t my complaints to Apple, Google and others - would have still freaking out about my money. I invested in monero when it was pretty cheap. Stored it here with no issues. Works perfectly well. Took a lot of time to take out 2 monero transactions using smart pay. Everythig works Just takes a long time to take out.

I’ve got an interest in exposure to XMR. Since this is the only app in the AppStore, I tried it out. Given the lousy reviews and reputation of freewallet.org, I decided to test the waters using the minimum amount possible. I exchanged.09 ETH for what I was told would be .20 XMR. however, when my transaction went through, I was only credited .13 XMR. In theory, this app is awesome for its convenience and capabilities. In practice, the fees are way too high and their reputation way too low. In response to developers: my account number is 2c731083 Update: downvoted my original review to a 1 Star. Trying to send my money to kraken and will try and trust leaving my currency on an exchange. Hopefully someone will release a better Monero Waller for iOS soon, or the official GUI will be more user friendly and will just keep a MacBook wallet.

I am not changing the rating of this post until I have my issue resolved. I successfully sent 5 Moneros to my wallet and it is nowhere to be found. I have sent my blockchain confirm to the support chat but no response for the past 6 hours. Update: Ok issue was resolved to satisfaction. Wallet works great.
