Lackluster on features, lack of privacy

App requires you to “make an account” tied to social media or an email address. No way for you to use the app anonymously. No way to restore an existing wallet using seed. Pass.

I’ve had this wallet since it first came on the App Store. I have to admit over the past few months they have made a lot of changes that has made it a lot easier to use, so I’m very impressed with all the work they’ve done. I particularly like the crypto-currency exchange using different crypto-currencies to buy other currencies that’s a great feature, very convenient.
Not a good experience

I had a bad experience because I deposited $20 worth of bitcoin and it was lost even though the amount was above the posted min. It was likely due to the bitcoin transfer fee.

Update: support fixed my issue, still a 3 star app because of the issues I’ve experienced. I will say this app is still better than many wallet apps because support responds to problems in a timely manner, but can’t say I necessarily suggest it as a wallet. Gets stuck ‘syncing with Monero network’ and never loads.

Sent a Monero transaction. Shows “completed” never received my Monero. It’s been 10 days. Avoid ANY wallet from Freewallet, they are NOT helpful and I am pretty sure they are stealing coins from us. I STILL have loads of STEEM coins that I can not move either, they’re STUCK in their Multi-wallet. I already contact support more than handful of times and it’s fallen on deaf ears. You get one star!
