Short story is that the Monero wallet was easy to setup and use, when it worked. I've been trying for 6 months now to reset my password by filling out the form in the app and on the website but the Freewallet system won't send me a reset code. This is especially frustrating since I'm still receiving notifications of Monero deposits but can't access them!

The whole customer support is email based. If you accidentally enter the wrong email there doesn't seem to be a way to update it. The customer support page isn't helpful. I don’t need this wallet for withdrawal or storage, just to have an address to use Faucethub exchange. Not sure how not having the right email would interfere with transacting otherwise. Without the right email I can’t give the app a good rating A few Suggestions: Add the ability to update email address and I will update my rating. Sounds pretty simple... Mb add a way to recover via email or recover an email/associated wallet. Supposedly one of my other emails is in use, I would like to recover it if so. Maybe a way to link accounts if I had one with my phone and another with an email. Should be able to merge them somehow.

I’ve made several transactions with this wallet, always worked reasonably well. However my blockchain says this recent transaction was completed, and my freewallet hasn’t even sent me a “pending” notification. Please email me back about my XMR. Thank you

I’m still waiting on customer service to get back to me. My attempt to to request them to turn off my 2fa from google has been ignored since Saturday with not even a courtesy “we are working on it” I feel like my funds are just gone. I will adjust review once I have access to my account and wallet again. Until then. Come on team. I know your probably busy. Still I’m lacking the great communication that others have noted.

Just transferred xmr to freewallet never showed up. Asked freewallet what’s up and they said they were preforming maintainence. Emailed next day to ask if refund was possible and got the same reply. Garbage.
