The app was fine. But I can’t get the dang thing canceled. They send you links to cancel that don’t work. They practically require your first born just to get out. This is ridiculous! Not impressed. Easy to get in. Impossible to get out

First, My kid had JellyTelly, one day as me and my child were walking into Target she said “JellyTelly isn’t here! But a new app I’ve never seen appeared. Should I delete it?” I said yes. The next day my husband was looking for JellyTelly on my kids iPad and saw it was not there. He saw Minno Kids and saw it had a record of being deleted. He saw that it was JellyTelly. He re-download it. He came into our room and said “ a weird app had JellyTelly. It’s weird.” And now I’m a little mad. They should’ve sent a warning before changing it. But it’s a okay app. My 2 sons and 3 daughters use it every day. Including their 2 nephews. Great app!

ITS GOOD! LIKE UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!? It’s just that ever since the most recent update, it’s been really glitchy, none of the shows will ever load! And when they do load it keeps freezing and I have to skip back and pause for like one minute until it works again. It’s honestly really annoying, I understand, however, if you cannot fix it. I can just keep trying, maybe it will work soon then.. but if you can, please fix. Sincerely, ( info unavailable) Also I added on this part, but please forgive me but I cannot email you bc I don’t rlly know how and I’m not even a teenager yet so I don’t think I’m aloud to.... wish I could, hope you can update and fix bugs.Thx if you can, God be with you!

We love this app, but right now there are many videos that do not work on iPhone. Both my husband and I have tried several different What’s In The Bible episodes and they will not play on either of our iPhones. They do work on the desktop. If the app is updated and they go back to working on iPhone, I will change the rating to 5 stars.

Safe and engaging. They learn the Word of God and like watching the videos. It’s my “go to” in the car while driving to keep them occupied.

App will not allow me to cx my subscription. I emailed support in Jan 2019 to cancel. They took my $ again in Feb 2019. App functionality still cycles me through “are you sure you want to cancel??”. Phone # is a “non-monitored” voicemail. I am so frustrated with this company.

No videos play

I just downloaded and was real excited for my kids to watch, however nearly every video will not play. Tried several things to resolve and have come to the conclusion that the app is the issue.

This game is awesome and fun I’m no adult but me and my two sisters love it! We liked a lot of shows but I have some complaints, number one, we LOVED shows but you took them down and replaced them with baby shows that I’m not a fan of and second when I go to search it says no results sooooo ya but that’s all my concerns also I love the show the lads tv and whirl so plz respond also pls post this to the review list
