Crummy experience all around

Could not get immediate access when I registered. I had to wait for the next business day for someone to respond to my claim. It would not allow me to connect my PayPal account. It charged my bank account .50 for a "free" 7-Day trial. It did not allow me to use a coupon code I had from a podcast I listen to (which was how I heard of it). What a pain. So having gone through all of this I already wasn't excited about it, but nevertheless, I allowed my 2 1/2 yr old to explore and she was not impressed. USER INTERFACE: The app was not 2 yr old friendly. It seems to be designed for an adult. Categorized by subject and a lot of descriptions clutters the app. Should be more visually driven and fun for very small ones to explore. She didn't care for the app, nor the shows at all, unfortunately. See YouTube kids app for some pointers.

We've had a year long subscription, but have barely used it due to issues with AppleTV and now the app. When we finally get the issues worked out, my kids' patience has run thin as they can't get Jelly Telly to work when they want it. Great idea; just not user friendly, especially for families who may not have the newest software or technology.

We absolutely love this app! My children ages 2 & 9 both have shows they enjoy as well as music! And as parents we are so happy to have an app we can trust.

I love being able to put stories of Jesus in front of my little one, with just the touch of a button. Does have a few technical issues with the app but overall, phenomena!

No way to sign in/up

I just downloaded it and it will only show me a login screen on our iPad -- no way to sign up or play free or even learn more about it. What a lost opportunity!

I'm so thankful I found a good app for my kiddos 6 and 2 where I don't have to worry if they're watching something they shouldn't be. Only thing that's beyond frustrating is playing it off of the Apple TV and it'll freeze on and off and cut out. And if people are paying monthly I feel like that shouldn't be happening. Other than that it's perfect!

My younger sisters and I love watching JellyTelly, the layout is organized and makes finding show easy. My sisters and I each have our own favorite shows as well ?. The only problem is that some of our favorite movies are gone (What Katy Did for example) and we are a little disappointed and don't want our other faves to disappear. We still love the app, but just wish we had some of the movies back.?

Broken app! Please fix ASAP!

My daughter uses this app to go to sleep to every night (she is 4) watching the read and share Bible series. That is at least she used to until you guys updated this app on November 2. Since that time she has not been able to watch any show without the app crashing on her following one show and then playing double in the background. This is super frustrating to my wife and myself as she used to go to sleep on her own rather quickly and now it’s constantly having to fidget with the app including having to close it and completely re-opened it just to get it to play right. It signs her out at the end of every show (Which for the read and share Bible episodes that are only three minutes each this becomes very frustrating). Fix this quickly and I will gladly change my rating to a five-star until then one star is the best I can do.
