Subscription won’t cancel

The app itself is fine and the content is nice, but my kids don’t watch their tablets or my phone much at all anymore so we decided to cancel. I cancelled a few months ago and noticed I was still getting charged. When I went to the Minno site, it says I have to cancel through my Apple account. However, my Apple account no longer shows the subscription. I finally just did a charge back on my credit card for this month’s charge but it would be really great if this would stop occurring.
2 star only because of recent update.

I’m a mom of two but also teach Sunday school so we use it often and we love minno BUT i had no choice but to do an update (6/27/21) today and was trying to use it for class for the Fruit Of The Spirit videos and it kept crashing so we had to switch to Yippee.
App crashes after last update

The app worked great until the last update, now after each episode, of any show, it crashes on latest iPadOS and iOS. This can make watching very frustrating. Please look into this.
Great shows, poor app development

Love the shows. Unfortunately we use this app on long trips and the app fails to use its download feature. Also, it crashes whenever it tries to automatically start the next episode.
Scam they took my money

This is a scam they charged my debit card when I purchased the subscription on the 9th of September that was nearly four days ago and now it’s saying I need to restore the purchase because it’s not active? So if it’s not active why was 7$ deducted from my account regardless I thought it’s a “7 day free trial” not true and I will be calling my bank first thing Monday morning to get my money back. Don’t fall for this scam!!!! And by the looks of the other critical reviews I’m not the only customer this happen to but you won’t be getting me for my money because my bank is on top of it and they will put a report in and I will get it back. Also that’s the least of your worries after all you know what are good Lord says about “those who make one of my little ones stumble” you were the people Jesus flipped tables on in His temple tax collectors God have mercy on you scamming His true children of God but that’s all the Holy Spirit is convicting me to say anymore feel better now that I vented that anyway yes take care! What a regret / nightmare.

I hate that we have the same issues with “christian” apps. They are so poorly made that they rarely work. Putting this review here in hopes the devs will try to make things better. Cannot even create and account as the site is so fuddled up. Sad. Trying to pay for this and it won’t accept payment. Has cc info listed as “phone number”. Get it together please. Our children need these options in this dark world.

I have tried several times to log into the app and it keeps saying invalid email or password. But I try on the website and it logs in just fine

Unfortunately they have shows that honors pagan holidays like Christmas and Easter really would be a good app but they’re following pagan ways seems like the devil is in control of majority all these app act as a sheep but really a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

The app keeps telling me to update. When I push update it takes me to the App Store but the button says open. No update. Also I try to cast the app to my chrome cast and it tells me to connect voice for pin. I try to push connect but it doesn’t recognize my orating on the button on the screen. I am very frustrated. I really want the app to work. This would be a great alternative for my son to watch cartoons that are safe to watch. Please help! Thank you so much for this outlet for the kiddos.
