Should be free

I wish this whole app was free. It would only then be perfect. Now that COVID19 has taken my three children out of school. It should be free to learn with. Please read my review and consider

Worst video app ever
CHY25

I’m so aggravated with this app that I can’t find the words, I signed up using one email and then I had to enter my debit card information but I don’t generally keep it on my IPhone so I had to load it then it said sign up completed and I attempted to login about 5 minutes later and it said no existing account, So then I canceled everything and started from scratch with a different email and debit card and I was all the way through to view shows suddenly it your session expired and kicked me out. What in the world is that about?! I wasn’t in the app more than 3-4 minutes before that happened and seriously sessions should NOT expire period!! So I attempted to log back in and it said no account found with this info. Seriously?! So I deleted the purchase from within my Apple settings and I am done with this ridiculous app!! Save yourself the aggravation and just closely monitor your kids.

We love Minno Kids!
Music2749

We have been with Minno Kids for several years now. We absolutely love their content! The first thing our kids ask for each morning is Minno Kids (They currently call it it “Macky” because their favorite show right now is “Friends and Heroes.” I love how Minno Kids has stepped up and met the need for kids church at home. Our five year old has been so excited every weekend to see a new church episode. Minno Kids is not limited to just an app on the phone—it can be accessed via internet and Roku as well. The majority of the time we use Roku. We have had some app issues on our Apple devices, as well as Roku, but I feel that technology isn’t perfect regardless what app is being used and sometimes glitches occur. Minno Kids has very responsive and helpful customer service. We have been in touch with them a few time throughout the years we have been subscribers. Overall this is one thing we are proud to subscribe to for our children and we enjoy the shows ourselves!

No Access from Outside US?

Minno would have been great for my family and kids. Unfortunately, I recently subscribed and tried to connect for days without any luck. Logging in via Website keeps bringing me back to /series/silly-songs page. Each video keeps showing “unavailable” icon on iPad. I am currently traveling in Indonesia, but I am not sure if that is the case.

So glad I found this
cherylfromtheblock

This is such a lifesaver during this shelter-in-place season! While I’m reluctant to let my kids have too much screen time, at least with Minno I know they are building on their Bible knowledge and going deeper in their faith journey. And my kids (age 6 and 8) LOVE it!

Content is great. Billing is a nightmare.

I subscribed via iTunes like the instructions said to and cancelled that subscription in iTunes after the trial period. I have been charged THREE TIMES. I reached out to Minno because it’s a charge straight from them on my bank statement - they said contact Apple. Apple said my subscription in cancelled and my iTunes doesn’t show any charges at all. Went back Minno. Is $21 a lot? No. But I don’t have kids and only wanted the subscription for my nephew while he was in town. Now I’m getting the runaround. Next step is to cancel my card.

Some reason my app will not open. I really love this app, but for some reason I cannot open it

Needs to be better organized
Craycro24

My biggest piece of feedback that I really hope someone sees is this app needs to be better organized for parents. I would really like to see shows arranged by recommenced age range based on what’s developmentally appropriate. I think this would be a really easy adjustment and is necessary for an app like this.
