Great content but the videos won't load

I finally decided to try the one week trial and then purchase the year plan of the JellyTelly content. I have all Apple devices in my household and I cannot get the videos to play on any of them. If I connect to the internet I can but my kids have trouble navigating the site from safari and what I was excited about was for the app to take the place of YouTube for kids. If the videos would play from the app I would have given 5 stars

We paid for the full year after trying it out on my laptop. The plan was to use it on my iPhone for my 6 yr old in place of YouTube kids but there is no audio. No matter what I do, still no audio. This is a great app in theory... Just wish they had pulled it off. UPDATE: I now give this 5-star rating! If you volume slide on the left is turned off (I leave mine in the off position so I don't forget to turn it of, like in church & while at work in a studio) so with this app if you have the ringer turned off the audio does not work. All other apps and sites work except for this one. So now when I give my daughter my phone I just have to make sure I turn the ringer on. I hope if they do an update they will fix that bc it is a hassle to turn it off and on (I have to remove it from the case). Other than that snafu it's a great little app!

This app is amazing! It works great and I have had no problems at all using it. My 8&10 year old use it all the time on their own and I have no fear of anything bad popping up. JellyTelly is a wonderful Biblical resource and I love it!

I have 6 children... from 1 to 11 years of age and they love Jelly Telly... there is something for everyone. It's the best Christian children's programming I've come across! And very affordable:)
