No response from support – Minno - Kids Bible Videos Review

App will not allow me to cx my subscription. I emailed support in Jan 2019 to cancel. They took my $ again in Feb 2019. App functionality still cycles me through “are you sure you want to cancel??”. Phone # is a “non-monitored” voicemail. I am so frustrated with this company.
