Jelly Telly is Amazing!!!!! A must have in every home!!!! So great to have confidence and peace that your children are being fed good Christ Centered teachings in fun ways!!! It’s my app dream come true!

Not too bad

juniorchavez

The app is not really too bad. Some of the shows you can get on YouTube for free but there are others that are specific to the app. My only complaint is that I wish as you watch the videos in landscape mode that when you go back I wish that you would be able to pick the shows in landscape mode as well. It sounds petty but we have a little kid that you’re trusting with this app to make some good choices they’re the ones that are choosing the videos and get frustrated when things Keep changing back-and-forth.

Not Free

BeccaRoo01

I had considered trying this program but it’s not a free trial 7days because you have to put you card number in. That means if I forget to cancel within the seven days I’m charged the amount. I really think that if your going to advertise a trial of 7 days it should be free and not pressured to make that decision right away. Cut the service off after the 7days and then the parents can decide if it was worth it to purchase for the family. There are quite a lot of providers that allow you to view one or two programs before you buy into the app/program(s).

I used to love it but then they started taking off all the movies

It’s great but could use some tweaking

hoch family

I absolutely love having something that I can let my kids watch when I need them to have some down time and that we can use as part of devotion or Bible study time. However there are a couple things that could make this app better. First, the screen orientation on my ipad is only on portrait so I either have to type with the screen sideways if I want to use the keyboard or use the touch screen. Second the search always comes up with no results even when I type the name of a show that I know is available. It would be able to search a keyword and have shows or episodes pop up that contain that topic. For example we have been talking about wisdom and when I search online for shows on JellyTelly about wisdom I get a list, but when I search from that list on the app I get no results. Those things won’t keep us from continuing to use the app but they sure would make it a little easier.

Doesn’t deliver

Karamarie2810

Signed up for a free week and the app freezes and won’t play every few minutes. Then it plays sound from one video while you are trying to pick another one and won’t stop unless you completely exit out of the program and reset all of it, which my 2 and 4 year olds can’t do on guided access. It also errors out and keeps asking to login again. I really want this to work for my kids, but this is frustrating and I can’t see paying for an app that doesn’t work. Very disappointed. Please fix.

Content is Good, App is Horrible

We just started signed up about a month ago and started to use the spoon our phone and iPad. We like the shows but the app has serious problems. First, when one episode finishes, the next episode will start to play in the background. We have to restart the app almost every time. Second, I cannot figure out how to make a series a “favorite”. I can make an episode a favorite but not a series. Every time I log in, I have to search the app to find the series I want. Developers, take a look at Netflix or Amazon Prime. The shows that one would watch regularly show up in your Favorites on both of these apps, but not yours. This would be a feature that would improve your app immensely.

Amazing...

I was elated to find the JellyTelly app! Love the website, and the app makes it so much more accessible.

Love the content, but prefer the site to the app

Paul Muad D'ib

Jellytelly has a ton of awesome Christian content and my kids love watching it. However, we tend to use the site on the iPad due to the apps many performance issues. As an app developer myself, I was able to debug the code and sent them the causes of the performance issues a couple months ago, but apparently that fell on deaf ears. My kids love the shows, though, so for now it will have to be just using the site, because let's face it, a six year old and three year old don't understand why it doesn't work when it's frozen, and get frustrated when it starts working again, only to load a different show or episode than what they wanted.
