Can’t use messenger story

Ok this is my 3rd time reinstalling this app I have an I phone 7 and for some reason I can’t see or use the story on messenger can somebody please HELP ME

This app used to be so reliable, and now I have to keep deleting it and downloading it again just so videos my friends send me will work. It also at random deleted the history of the conversation between me and one of my friends. All my other friends are ok. It’s just doing things that it never used to do, and now all of a sudden I’m not liking it anymore! Don’t know what you guys need to do to fix it, but it needs a lot of help right now!

People contact me in high values regarding my business and it continues to says "can't send" I've reported it I've reinstalled the app tried different internet connections and it still doesn't work and it's greatly affecting my business!
Can’t play videos now

I don’t know what happened with the latest update but I can’t play any videos now and s lot of the effects and games are gone!! Not happy.
HORRIBLE!!! Update took away features I need for work!!!

You can no longer remove messages, you can’t attach videos anymore, this is horrible I use this for work for sending some files and I need to remove messages sometimes when incorrect information is sent this is absolutely horrible. How do I get the old version back?

I never liked Messenger inthe first place FaceTime is just as Goodwould like to know how can u delete old messages iam to much old school I suppose that’s The Real problem !
I can’t get my messages now

I updated my messenger and now I get into my messenger. So if I delete the app I lose all my conversations. WTH!!!!!
