Stability shouldn’t be this hard

-Regularly changes UI for no reason -Updates and then unupdates frequently -Search function will only display the five most recent logs of a word, making it absolutely useless

Every update gets worse!!!!! I hate the fact that we can no longer unsend messages, it only allows us to unsend for ourselves..which is pointless! Also, none of the videos went through messenger can ever be viewed!! Another thing that has gotten worse with each update is the active time status, I have friends asking why I ignore them while I’m online when in fact I’m no longer online.. This app needs to be fixed ASAP, because you guys are very quick at messing everything up. But when it comes to fixing things you guys could care less.!

This thing stinks, lags soooo much, doesn’t send messeges, can’t scroll up to see previous messeges. You have outdone yourself fb, by far the best updates to messenger. PLEASE, don’t change a bit?

I would give the app a better rating if they had a way to disable the view of some people showing up online that are not on ur friends list. Like who cares if you are online. I just sold you an item off marketplace I probably won’t ever talk to you anymore. I do not know why that is a thing anyways. It should only show friends only on the online list and that is it.

I really love this app it is rlly amazing and we can still talk even if we are nit close and you can see each other but not in person but we can still talk and FaceTime and yea this game is amazing

DO NOT LIKE!!, this update! Bring back features. I liked using them DAILY! It doesn't refresh/update once opened anymore. It's to generic not unique anymore.

We use the “Plan” feature every day almost and the bam its gone. When are yall going to stop screwing with things? Removing features is not an improvement.

The new update is absolutely disgusting. It makes this app not only visibly unappealing, but the new UI is hard to use, foolhardy, and removes many useful features. I also keep having problems with crashing. The new online/offline status is buggy and gets stuck. Phone calls are buggy too and stopped displaying properly. Messages can no longer be easily copied, deleted or forwarded. The old menu was easier. I preferred the swipe reply feature. Messages are no longer easy to reply to in notifications either. Pictures are not easy to send. I used to like this app because of the little unique things like the old cute reactions, chat colors, and balloons and hearts that you could catch. Now, they are all gone. I used to love using stickers, but the system is all messed up now as your most recent stickers and the packs are harder to find. I do not like the excess spacing between packs either. I am not exaggerating to say that I hate this new update. I have recommended that people do not update if they still have an older version. Many of my friends have agreed with me and say that this new version glitchy, problematic, and ugly. I have stopped using it as much because it is useless now. What did you do to this app?

This version on iphone 11 max pro causes the open message close and what you are typing to be deleted every time someone messages you. I also cannot use the sliding gesture to go back to my list of contacts.

Why is the app messing up now... I can’t search conversations, sometimes my phone freezes when I text, and the texts don’t even want to send or send for ages. Disappointed and severely infuriated. The “small” and “fast” working app has rather become a pain to deal with and is quite the opposite for me at least. The emojis can’t “blow up” anymore which is a big disappointment considering that many may have loved that feature. Plus, everything works so slow. I’d say I preferred the older versions of this app because now everything is just messed up. From messaging, to sending emojis, sticker that sometimes I can’t even see besides a black screen, to everything else. Highly disappointed ?.
