Not getting messages

I keep getting notifications that I received a new message but when I open messenger there’s nothing there. The notification icon is lit up with the number of unread messages but the messages aren’t there for me to open and read or respond. Please fix ASAP I run a business on Facebook and use messenger for my clients to contact me but they can’t reach me because the messages aren’t there when I open the app

Why is Marketplace in my messenger

There’s a marketplace chat head that stays in my messenger at the bottom. I can’t delete it at all and there’s no messages in it. How can I get rid of this??? No one else I know has had this issue

Only issue with this app is that it claims 50 participants can be on a video chat but only 6 people will be on the screen and the rest can participate but will not be on the screen. If you can’t see the other participants, wouldn’t that be considered a conference call instead of a video chat. This app claims it’s better than Zoom but Zoom can show as many as 100 participants at the same time and not just 6. Don’t understand how they can claim as many as 50 can be on the video chat when only 6 can be seen.

Please, for the LOVE OF GOD, stop changing this freaking app!!!!!! This app was amazing before this ridiculous update. Then, you guys started to fixing a FEW things, but they are gone again. (Why can’t I see the last time someone was active if I hide their conversation). Now, you guys are also messing up the chat on Facebook website. I can’t keep up with all this.

Since the update, whenever I search a word in any conversation, it only brings up the times that word has been said *during that month* rather than *EVERY-TIME* the word has been said, and it does this on both my Android and iOS devices. I really hope this isn’t a permanent change, because my friends and I love going through our old conversations. What am I supposed to do now? Scroll until I finally hit 3 years back?
