Problem sending text to list

After the latest update I can no longer send text messages to my lists of members. The message fails every time. I have set the up as a group in my contacts and that works great. I am using iOS 11.1.1 with the latest version of the app which fixed the same issue for email but the texting to a list is not working.
A weak excuse for an app

The concept is great but the execution is horrible. You have to sign in every time and then the finger scan never works and it wants to update everything every time. The app works but the mid you have to wade through to do the work is annoying. Half the time I don’t use it because of the hassle. This app is designed poorly and only gets nice comments because members feel bad criticizing anything related to the church.
FIX THE D_ _ _ _ THING!!!

Is anyone reading these reviews? This is the most potentially helpful tool, but for me it has been a continual source of frustration. It will work for awhile and then suddenly decide that my password is wrong. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
No navigating the app

It used to be fine, now it's a blank screen to nowhere-very frustrating

I am positive I am entering the username and password correctly (I use LDS Account every day), but it won’t let me sign in. Been this way for weeks. Reinstalling doesn’t solve the issue. Great app, when it works!
