Why is the Apple version of this app dumbed down? I have never seen an Android first model be successful for any app.

It's nice to have a Ward roster but: When you try and add someone from the Ward directory to your contacts on your phone it doesn't transfer their phone number, profile picture, or birthday etc... I have a lot of issues adding contacts to my phone from thank you this app... It's also difficult to find info about the ward or the meeting house...

This app has a huge problem with recognizing passwords. It has taken me awhile to write this cuz I am lazy but it has had issues with this since I got this app a year ago. Now it won’t let me log in cuz it doesn’t recognize my pin! It has been the same pin for a year and I have had to reset it to log in many times. I keep it the same and it still gives me issues.

I access this app about once a week. Not very often. Every single time I open it, it asks for my password, if I want to enable touch ID and if I want to sync it. Such a pain. Why cant it be like every other touch ID app and recognize it every single time? Whats the point of touch ID if you have to verify your password regardless? Let’s be honest, how much personal information is on here? My banking app has more personal information available than this app and I have only signed in once. That was when I installed it and set up touch ID. Now, touch ID works every single time. This app should have the same functionality or its just a waste of time.
Love apple but hate macs
Love the convenience of the app but disappointed in some of the updates. Especially the elimination of Touch ID function.

The app won’t let me sign. It says “downloading content” but nothing ever happens after that I’ve tried deleting it, changing my username and password, etc... and nothing seems to work. This has been the case for months now.
