My ward info is missing. The rest of the Stake is there. Is that a ward error or an app error?

The AI is smooth. My only complaint is that some phone numbers have the dashes and others don’t. I would like to see a feature come available where you can sync the calendar to your Regular google or apple calendars.

Would be very helpful to allow ministering brothers and sisters to see the birthdays of those they are assigned to.

You state renewal is every 30 days. In fact you ask for renewal more frequently. You are making use of your information quite irritating. I made a note of my renewal info and you won’t accept it. EVERY TIME.

It would be great if the donations feature that is found on LDS.org could be included in this app! Right now I just have the site saved to my homescreen bit would love for it to be in the app so all my tools would be in one place. Other than that, this is an awesome app!

Love this app. Remember the old days when you had a paper directory? Now it has become easier than ever to contact other cult members and arrange times to do some Masonic rituals in secret clothing. 10/10.

The problems I had experienced with previous versions have been resolved. Good job to the programmers for squishing the bugs. I like that we are able to now have caller ID from LDS Tools. A feature I would like to see added is to be able to create & edit items to calendars our calling gives us rights to contribute too on the calendar tab.

If you need to look up someone’s phone number really quickly, you’re looking at a minimum 15 minute process of logging in, and re-downloading all the data, but possibly an hour, or maybe you just need to try on a different day. It lets you set your thumb print to access, instead of typing in your password, but that expires every couple weeks, making that feature essentially useless. If you can get in, everything is organized really intuitively, and lets you call or text members right from the app. Good luck.

It’s easy to take this for granted, but I remember the days of printed Stake directories. We have it good. I use this reliable, intuitive app for a hundred little tasks and questions: getting around on splits with missionaries, keeping track of kids’ names and birthdays, helping youth sign up for FamilySearch accounts, reviewing new move-ins, and much more. Would love to see in future releases: a map module like the one on LCR; my location and option for driving directions; ability for clerks etc to update info in the app; and reporting for HT (now ministering).

I haven’t had any problems logging in or syncing like most people, but I do have ward members completely missing from my list, including my own father and brothers. They show up on my husband’s list on his phone, so I know it’s not an issue on the ward records end. It’s frustrating when you go to utilize the app to find the address of a new sister you visiting teach and she’s not on the list at all. In theory this tool is priceless, in practice it is often rendered useless.
