Syncing failures

Syncing fails constantly. Ended up removing from both iPhone and iPad because the app is inoperable on both. The syncing model needs to be revisited, like say nightly updates when plugged in.
The app never loads fully for iOS

I can sign in fine but when I try to use the app as it is supposed to nothing loads. I will sync it but still nothing loads everything is blank. It’s a very useful app when it works but the current version is very bugged.

I agree with all the reviews about this app. It is a critical tool, yet it does me no good when it refuses to load. No matter what I do, delete and reinstall, WiFi or cellular it will not sync. I’m dead in the water. On top of that it’s a complete mystery as to who I can contact for help. I hope someone on the development team takes notice of the very poor rating of this tool and takes to heart and finds a way to fix it. I have been dealing with this issue for months.
This app still needs fixing please!!

This app has worked well in the past, but the last few months has become unusable on my iPhone. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app. I have the same problem on my iPad. I just deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Update: It is now a week later and I have the same problem. This is SO frustrating! Please fix it!

So useful. I wish there was a way to text multiple people at once especially from the visiting teaching districts. And a way for leaders to mark visiting teaching through the app :)
Crashing

Mostly works fine, but the app keeps crashing whenever I try to use the Meetinghouses feature. Also it won’t let me re-arrange the icons on the home page.
Bad update

Downloaded the new update and now everything is blank and won’t sync. I can’t even sign out to try and sign back in.
Still a great app

Up to this point this has been a great tool and I use it very often. Unfortunately with the latest update when I try and send a group email either to a personalized list or a specific group organization leadership (bishopric, EQ presidency, etc) No email addresses populate in my IOS mail app.(Running IOS 11) This is a real shame as I send emails multiple times a week to certain groups and this feature made that easy for me. *11/8/17 Update* A big shoutout and thanks to the development team for fixing the above mentioned email issue. That was quick!
