Great app but..

Great app when it works. Currently broken and stuck at sign-in page. Perhaps the most recent iOS update is causing issues? Still some quirks to work out but definitely valuable and helpful, most especially for leadership.

Used to be very stable but now it is crashing constantly when I try to access a member in the directory.

The app at first was great. However I keep getting the massage about it needing to “sync.” However when I click on do it now the whole app freezes and goes blank. Plus there is a serious problem with the app being used for purposes for which I don’t think it was intended for. Political canvassing, harassing listed members and more political canvassing.
Can’t sign in, Touch ID doesn’t work

Terrible in the last few months. I can’t even get on, Touch ID never works, and customer support has not been any help.

I guess this app is very popular right now as it is on trending search. I love it! Might as well say I have had no problems. Poor app... only three stars... we need to chip in with good reviews!

I have used this app for a long time and have been happy with it. Seems to get better with time, occasional bugs but they are usually fixed quickly.

Horrible app.; no support available at any time nor in any way; impossible to contact this organization with issues; retrievable of password and/or user name impossible; just an awful app and TERRIBLE support!!!!!

It's always asking me to re sync or log in and then doesn't work. Super annoying. Can't rely on using it to see info in it. Like Russian roulette when I go to open it. Will it work this time or not.

This is great. Trouble with login can be cleared up with your membership number/LDS.org login. I find it especially useful in leadership callings. It made quite few improvements over the years. Just keeps getting better.
