Overall decent but sync, sync and more syncing

Required syncing is too much of an annoyance for me to continue using this app. Otherwise the UX and UI is decent. Info isn't very accurate. I would like to limit my personal info more. Update: please find a new provider. This app is not up to par.

Doesn’t work is iOS 10.3.3 or 11

Updated my phone to iOS 10.3.3 and it didn’t work. Updated again to 11 and it still doesn’t work. I’ve removed the app and re-installed with no luck.

Great app that makes it easy to connect to your ward, and easily contact anyone. The newest update has also made the UI much cleaner, and up to date with today’s standards. It is very nice. What would make it even better is having the ability to not I only search or categorize by last name, but by first name also. It would also be very helpful if all the pieces of information were standardized in their format such as the phone numbers where some appear with dashes, an others without them. The dashes make it much easier to read when you need to write down a phone number.
Will not synch or let me log in

I have used this app for years and it’s always been great. For the last several months it will not synch/update data. Not I can’t even sign in to it. It starts to synch and download the data, and then about 3/4 of the way through it, it stops and closes the app out.

No longer displays data, just a blank screen. When will this critical issue get fixed? It's been months and the problems with this app are getting worse. Unfortunately when an app like this fails, the results can range from unrendered aid to the elderly to real human suffering. Totally unacceptable.
