I’ve been told that my Bishop has to approve my bio photo which is fine, but why does that app have a feature to upload/edit/delete if it is known that this is not allowed?

I don’t have any other apps that require me to sync for them to be up to date. Is there a reason at least the calendar portion cannot be updated in real time? There is often confusion in our stake about upcoming events that have been updated on the calendar, but members are unaware because they have not synced. Please consider forcing sync on a weekly basis if the calendar cannot be updated in real time.

I cannot update my photo to a more recent picture or put a household photo, I’ve been trying to delete old information off, like old phone numbers and an email, and it says it’s deleted but will be there again next time I check. I even had a bishop try to reach out to me by the old phone number! I just want to be able to update my information and photos so it’s all correct.

Extremely buggy. You’d think with $100 billion in the bank they would be able to invest in making a decent app.

This should be an awesome app. My photo was somehow deleted. When I try to upload the photo again. I keep getting an error message that the file failed to load try again. Support told me to delete the app and try again but that didn’t work. I’m Frustrated with the app.

No longer supports older versions of OS

The app no longer supports older versions of IOS, which is a shame, because many people cannot afford to upgrade their devices. Once you reach a point where newer versions of IOS are not supported on your device, you are out of luck.

In theory the app is really helpful. However, it is constantly giving me issues when syncing and won’t recognize my password when I know what it is. Resetting it doesn’t even help.

Glitchy and login won’t work

First off, Enough syncing. Every other week I’m having to sync my app which is frustrating. Second, I know what my login credentials are and have zero problems logging into the church website, but right now the app will not allow me to login. The login screen just appears to be froze. I’ve closed it, then reopened it. Removed the app then re-added it. Still nothing. Please fix this.
