Booking Manager for Computor Services – Marriott Bonvoy: Book Hotels Review
Dear Sir:
On Sept 18 our sale person booked room #409 for his nights stay. We normal stay at a Hilton Brand hotel because of there good service and exception cleanliness!! He thought he would change up his routine and try a Marriott.
What a disappointment!! The room was Dirty Dirty??? There was paper in the stool when he arrived and under the TV desk it looked as though it had never been vacuumed??
I noticed the hotel and a Jenifer K wrote me back and offered me a very unsatisfactory offer I explain his was trivial compensation and ask her to let me know for something better. SHE WOULD NIT AND HAS NOT EVEN ANSWERED MY REQUEST!!!!
I will not recommend this hotel to anybody!!
