Great…when it works ?

Macrophyllum

So the content this app has is great, I can see e-commerce data, reports, lists and groups, you name it. The problem is about 50% of the time it gives me an error when trying to load something or some sections will appear blank. For example, often it will say I have no e-commerce data, which is just wrong. REALLY hope they can improve reliability!

Frustrated!

Kai223344

The app doesn’t recognize my user name and password. It’s saved in my Apple key chain so I know there is no error in typing it.

Needs my Saved Templates

Blahhhhhhhdddssaafghjjjxsfgbb

Takes me WAY too long to type an e-mail to my subscribers if I want to “bold” or “italicize” some of the words because I have to keep scrolling up to the top of the screen for the bold and italicize options to be clickable again PLEASE allow access to ‘Saved Templates‘ when building an e-mail campaign! Once you guys do that I will change my rating to 5 stars... Any inconveniences won’t be a problem if you guys do that. App crashed on me twice in the middle of making an e-mail...

I MISS MC SNAP!!!

mathtris

This is NOT an easy peazy app like Mail Chimp’s Snap. I don’t want all the options that the desktop offers. I’m so bummed that I can’t send out a nice email in a snap anymore. Boooo

Absolutely terrible

Winedoggie

I tried many times to convey the problems with this app and event its desktop shortcomings. I was treated like I didn’t know what i was doing until i screened-shot the problem. Now they wont tell me what the problem is....switched over to Mailchimp...much better.

NEW SUGGESTION...

Lisa Marie?

I don’t really have any complaints! I use this to send out church emails, updates, Events, etc. However, you know what would be cool... because there are a few percentage of those who do not use emails but use texting and it would be cool if you can also provide a texting service like this or check a box where the campaign we created also can send it in text form, free of course! Able to input number as we go along. I hate those apps where they have to subscribe, I love the option of the church board staff being able to add emails and one day phone numbers.

Useless

fauxdeux

When you cannot edit because it won’t scroll to the bottom of the text, it’s a useless app. I still have to log on to my computer to edit and send.

Update Broke Feature

Evelaren

The latest update removed the ability for me to see which contacts have opened emails from my automated welcome campaign.

Love MailChip on desktop, hate the app

_TachPointO

I like that I’m able to edit on the app just as I would on desktop. My problem is anytime I send a campaign from the app, the emails never reach my subscribers. I tried sending 7 tester emails to myself and didn’t receive any of them (I check all mailboxes) PLEASE fix! I love having the option to mass boost blog postings from my phone.

What is up with this app?

Downtown829

Completely nonfunctional— will not let me create campaigns or lists, or submit developer feedback. I keep getting error messages. Have logged in, logged out, downloaded again, etc. No way to contact developer on the app. What is up with the Chimp?
