Apple makes me rewrite this
Very cumbersome to use the app version of this program. Difficult to upload and insert images into a campaign (I am using it on an ipad). No access to saved templets! Needs improving.
Horrible SNAP Alternative

Longtime SNAP user so I'm very disappointed to have to use this program, which does nothing compared to the simplicity of SNAP... where do you connect Instagram so anyone on my team can pull n image for a campaign when that is the ONLY THING you use it for? Quick, simple emails which THIS app does not allow for. Really disappointed.

MC Snap was so smooth and easy to use. I don't get why this App is even a thing. I can't so much as login...even after deleting and reinstalling several times. What am I paying for here? I hate to have to move on...but if it doesn't work I'd be an idiot to stay.

I love how I can actually create campaigns on mobile! UI is super intuitive and smooth. 5 stars!
Cannot search for contacts

This app is great and I am sure I'm not using it to its fullest potential yet, however, one thing I need it for is to search for my contacts...which the app is not letting me do. It sometimes brings them up by name and a lot of times says the name doesn't exist. I go online on my computer to MailChimp.com to search for them and wahlah there they are. Why is this? Is there any way this can be fixed?

I was using MailChimp snap to create campaigns from my phone, and it worked well enough. Got a message that I had to switch to this app. I can’t use my stored templates. I can’t resize photos. This is really frustrating.

I am resorting to the mobile app as the online version is now buggy and very slow. The mobile app, I find, is no better. I would like to ask questions of MaliChimp, but unless I pay for a service I can't give them feedback through tech support, so here is our only way to get any assistance. MC, please fix your usability issues.
This app could be great and helpful but isn’t

I can’t work with this glitchy app, often I can’t scroll through the text. The test email has NEVER worked. You can’t create a new anything, just work with what you added in the desktop app. There is no access to the Twitter part. I can go on and on about the things that don’t work or are not offered compared to the desktop version. It would be a dream for it to work properly, it has a ton of potential. I just hope it happens soon, it looks like there are reviews with similar problems that were posted over a year ago : /

Amazing platform for my marketing emails and so easy to use. The mobile app is fantastic and love that I can check in on my campaigns so easily on the go.
