This app used to be so easy to use but the last few updates have made it super complicated. I am going to keep complaining until you make this app user friendly! It is HORRIBLE! It freezes up whenever I am editing text. Placement looks one way on the app but different when I send a tester email. This is horrible!

A Good Start

I recently took over as my religious organization’s newsletter editor where we frequently use MailChimp to contact members of our congregation. Since I’m still in my mid-20s, I figured that downloading this app would work better for adding things quickly at events, while I’m out and about, or need to check something during my break at my day job. While this app is great for checking to see what articles or other information we still need to add while I’m away from my computer, it’s not the best for writing or formatting the newsletter. Longer articles (or anything more than two or three paragraphs, to be honest) that I’m working on are often obscured by the keyboard while I’m trying to add something to them, which is unfortunate. I’ve also almost ended up sending mailings early due to the position of the ‘confirm and send’ button while trying to edit one of the newsletters. Most of the time I end up having to do most of the major changes on my computer because of how this app ends up working. I won’t be deleting this app (as it is still helpful for at-a-glance updates), but it definitely could use some improvements.

As a small business owner, I love the services that MailChimp offers. Unfortunately though when I need to create an email campaign on the go, the app and site have not been the best. I have tried everything, but the app is not sufficient for my needs. It never completely works on my iPad or phone, and sometimes when I go to the site it has the same issues. How can I utilize the services you offer if I can never truly use them? It is starting to really frustrate me, as I am in the growing phases of my business and want something that is reliable. Please fix your app and site.

App is good, but I miss Snap

The app really is good and you can accomplish a lot on the go, but Snap was easier and just quicker to get those emails out to your groups. Now it takes a little more planning and thought, which I may not be too good at. I know Snap has been gone for a while now, but it would be cool to see it back. Especially with the change in social media to more of a image based format.

Cannot Search Lists for Subscribers?

Is there is a way to search through a List to find whether someone has subscribed? Easy to do on a PC, but I cannot find a way using only the app. — Thank you to MailChimp developer team for pointing out that magnifying glass icon indicating search can be toggled for either campaigns or lists.

Absolutely WORTHLESS app on IPhone

This app is beyond worthless. It is IMPOSSIBLE to edit an email. About the only thing it’s good for is viewing stuff. It won’t reformat for the screen. Of course the browser interface is worthless too. Looks like you get what you pay for with this app.

Mailchimp has not responded to any of my emails, and their phone number is not listed anywhere.

The entire app doesn’t work on my iPhone. Can’t create a campaign, can’t add any contacts to list, can’t even change my name. NOTHING WORKS! A shame because i really was looking forward to using this app Zero stars but I’m forced to give 1

Yes bring back Snap!

Please,please,please bring back Snap. I have not been able to send out a newsletter since they got rid of Snap. It was simple and easy. I am not able to figure out how to send a newsletter at all with this change. But my entire list is with this service and I am trapped. Very angry about this change! Hate this.
