Since the last app update, it crashes on start. Fine otherwise for read only operations of your campaigns

I'd like to have just as much user interface capabilities as I do with the desktop platform, but I appreciate the updates and improvements.

I can’t log out of my account in the mobile app. I don’t work for the company I am logged in for any more so I need to log out for security reasons. Also it’s showing I was signed into three (??) accounts at once? I wrote up a message describing this problem in the “App Feedback” section of this app and I got an error message saying “Failed to send feedback”. Seriously? A little ironic but also frustrating for a company that puts so much time into their desktop webapp.

Some glitches but love the new UI additions. When typing or editing a draft some fields will start glitching which can be annoying. But loving how we can now create an entire campaign from start to finish (although never have), I don’t think it’s full featured as the site.

Missing MC Snap!

I’ve been using MC Snap for the past year and a half and loved that I could get a quick note out to my subscribers in a few minutes. While this has more functionality, it is more time-consuming and I miss the old app! Can we have both options?!

Disappointing

I tried using mobile app about a month ago to work on our church newsletter. I thought it would be so handy to be able to multitask while on the go and waiting in doctors offices etc. It was nothing short of disappointment and frustration. None of the editing features seemed to be available on mobile app. It was a big waste of time trying to figure it out. I really hope they can make this app functional as it would be nice to use when mobile. UPDATE 10/22/17 The changes to the app made a big difference and I’m able to now work on the church newsletter and it worked great!!!

Just a few apps worth 5 start...

And it's the one of them! I just sent my first campaign using only iPad and I was amazed! The app is beautiful and very very easy to use! I already started checking other options than MailChimp just because I want only use my iPad, but now this app is one of the major reasons I will keep on MailChimp! Of course, there are minor issues that I think will be correct in future updates! Very good job guys!

Why would you take away MC Snap?

I am so upset that you took it away! I was able to send out quick emails that looked amazing in less than a minute before. Now it take forever to create a campaign from the app and it doesn’t look great. Can’t you bring it back?

Great way to manage a data base for emails!

I use this to communicate with a group of 175 subscribers. It is very easy to use and has a great reporting system to see how many opened my emails and if any of them clicked on any links that were included. I can keep tract of loyal readers and also see who is or is not reading my communications. Great App!!!

This app is unusable now, had to uninstall it because it’s super annoying. No options to control notifications from different accounts. “Log out of all accounts” does not work and neither does the slide to logout option on individual accounts. Plus they dropped Snap and didn’t even make any suitable replacement templates in the new version of this app. Hot garbage.
