I downloaded the Magic Jack app for iPhone having already active subscription with the usb device. After installing the app and entering email and password i got a message that i need to register. That's all. Not a single word how to do that and not a single other option on the screen to do. It amazes me how dumb some programers are! Is it so difficult to put a link to registration page at the end of the message?

I'm had Magic Jack for 4 years and I use it because I'm normally overseas. I have it hooked up at my home in Istanbul. I use the app on my IPhone 6s. On wireless it's very good for making calls. Often you miss calls and also miss getting texts that friends insist they sent. My biggest beef is that the text font, color and size are too small and too light to see in most settings. I can barely read the soft grey and blue of the text messages. There should be options to enlarge the text and adjust the color or "bold" the text. Please make this change. Then you'll get 5 stars from me.

Couldn't receive phone calls on the app

Contacted MagicJack via "online live" and they fixed my problem. My phone's restriction was blocking the calls. It works fine now. This happens after iOS updates.

You download the app. Tell it to use your number. Make a phone call. Voice sending and receiving is clear. You can even receive phone calls. This was EXTREMELY easy. Don't understand why there is such a low rating.

It was a great app/service up until today. I fave contacted all department for assistance They do not know or they are reading a script that has not been updated with their tech support The app does not have a place for you to click and renew. They have created a ticket number for me but after reading the reports from others They will go out of business soon

Worked great until time to renew.... No matter what I do it says "you have elected to only receive incoming calls, if this was selected by accident change it in your settings" long story short I communicated over 4 times with support and it was always a different problem that required more money, problem still not fixed and support is a joke, asked for refund and to cancel account and the crickets are cherping! Wake up magic jack and fix your app! Smdh

Very terrible. Such mad.

During the trial, the app worked relatively well (got dropped a few times, but it was still manageable). Once I started paying the monthly fee, the app no longer worked. I requested to have my account deactivated, however this app still charges me every single month even though I have deleted the app...

Now I cant stop the ringing

When someone calls, this app will totally ignore you pressing the sleep button to shut it up. Very annoying. ------old version comments--- The app will alert you to the fact that there is an incoming call, but when you try to answer, the app takes so long to come up and initialize that the call has always gone to voicemail by the time you can actually answer. Now that MagicJack has taken away call forwarding, this failed application has me looking for other options.
