magicApp offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription for $1.99/month or a yearly auto-renewable subscription for $14.99/year that is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. To cancel service, simply turn off auto-renew in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before your current month or year of service ends.

Since they upgraded their app, I cannot receive calls now on my iPhone. New version is supposed to mean better service. Not NO SERVICE

Update: I added the yearly subscription thinking it would straighten out the app, and let me in to my account. Yeah, no. I dont receive ANY calls. Whats the fricken point? I can not reach any one through the app. I am paying over $85 a year for a useless service. Sadly im going to cancel entirely. Good bye to a phone number ive had since 2004. MagicJack and Magic App is useless. And i am going to tell everyone why my number is changing. Ive had MagicJack since the early 2000’s. I have used its app since 2010. It has worked just fine. Maybe the messages were sent assways (broken into parts that didn't come in order) but i still got them instantly. now, if i go to the app to read a message, it will log me out in the middle of reading, and i have to sign in again. Also, the app wont let me answer a lot of calls. Because the app signs me off and i have to log back in. Logging in when a call comes in just loses the call. Seriously? The MagicJack settings aren't working. You cant contact MagicJack. Apple doesn't appear to have a help line, maybe not yet...so no options to fix it through Apple. Ive tried setting up Password for it on my phone hoping it would stay logged in, thinking a recent phone update screwed it up. Nope. And even the emails for voice mail take forever- a call i missed at 2:30pm i guess left a voicemail, i received the email at 5:58pm. The app doesnt tell you you have received a voicemail anymore. C’mon! For the cost of just the app to increase from $9.99 a year to $3.99 a month, you'd think id at least get to keep the simple features i had and get some more. Now, i basically cant use the app at all. Im terribly disappointed.
New version looks good but doesn’t work!

The new version looks good but doesn’t work. People can’t hear me when I’m talking. And text don’t go through. I’ve use this app for years and now it’s terrible.

This app is getting worse. I’ve deleted and reinstalled three times today. It’s constantly freezing; I can’t get calls, texts or voicemails. I’ve used this app for years but I can’t take a chance having business calls disturbed because of this malfunctioning product. I won't be renewing this year.

The phone on VOIP works well in my home the app on my cell phone not so much. When I sign in it says Welcome to MagicJack, when I try to call it say invalid username or password
