Why does it do this? It worked well on the Iphone 7. I even talked to Magic Jack Chat. They couldn’t help me. Please respond back to this unsatisfactory service.

The app Does not work with iPhone.

The app has some good things about it. Being able to get calls from home and access to voicemails is nice. But, I have 2 items I would like to see fixed. 1) when a call comes in and you choose not to answer it, the phone keeps vibrating. If I say end call or choose not to accept the call, the phone should stop with the alert. 2) there is no way to block numbers. I get constant phone calls from the same phone numbers and they never leave a voicemail. There needs to be a way to block phone numbers or only allow people on your contact list to call.

Needs an update badly, they have given up.

This app used to be great, now it's always showing as offline and you have to reinstall to make a call, if you're lucky. Calls always cut out, if you can make them. Instead of saying hello, it's "are you there". This app is an epic fail and massive disappointment. Buyer beware if you're buying their service. Tech support is reduced to a FAQ page and a "did you reinstall" help wizard. It's a joke that ceased to be funny.

Hasn't worked since iOS 9

They know this app hasn't worked well on any device since iOS 9 and refuse to address or fix the issues. App will close after 1 to 5 minutes of use on all devices. They made millions and now they won't support there products or this app. Trust me, I'm not the only one. No updates for almost 2 years. That should tell you something! Stay as far away from this crooked company as you can!

Vibrates phone even with notifications off

I have been chasing a fantom vibration on my phone for months... finally one day when the ringer was on for the wired phone attached to my magic jack I heard it ringing at the same time as my phone vibrating with no notifications no badges no other alerts of any kind. So I launched the app and sure enough... incoming call... how in the heck is it activating the vibration with all notifications turned off... well now it’s uninstalled till I hear this is fixed... good riddance.. so annoying to have you phone vibrate sometimes 4-5 to times a day for almost 4 months with no Idea why... fix your app...

This app is ridiculous, just upgraded to the $9.99 year plan and its not working at all, wont allow me to get a number and can't text or make calls, it keeps asking me to upgrade, I JUST DID!!!!!! It's a waste of money and TIME!!! I wish I could give no stars at all but sadly the least is 1
