System text messages not supported

System text messages, e.g. those from Apple, banks, social networks and etc for id verification purposes, are not supported. Disappointed about that.
My cell number was taken from me.

I am using my cell phone to make calls but the magicJack number that I am using was at one time my computer’s number. MagicJack took my cell number and gave me my computers number instead. I don’t have a cell number anymore. Why? Why did this happen? I would like a cell phone number and a computer number to use. I had one before.

Last week, the app was updated on my iPhone but did not trigger a request to access the microphone. Support tried everything and then said I need a new phone! Then said MJ no longer allows 2 communication devices to work simultaneously with only one USB device. So I would have to log out on one device and use the app on the other. NO warning of this change to customers! This week, the app updated on my iPad, but would not trigger a request to access the mic. Support tried everything w/o any success. This is the first unsolvable issue with MJ after years of good service. Now with the above policy change and an updated app, NOTHING WORKS!!! Will have to move over to TextNow.
Where are my text messages.

Why can’t numbers be blocked from the app?

Had mj for years. It’s been reliable and you can block phishing/spoofed calls from the website. It is way past time for the ability to do this from the app.
Got a subscription but can’t use

I paid for the subscription but can not use it, keeps saying I already have another subscription with my same Apple ID

I gave it 1 star because I could not give it 0. No incoming calls available - spent 3 days trying to resolve this with the technical team - downloaded uploaded the app every time, logged in and out - changes the voicemail, did the internet upload and download speed test - and that said that it’s because there is 0.7% loss !!! That’s not even 1 percent and the app does not work ? i needed this because my mom is in the emergency room and doctors have to contact me . I asked if I could forward my incoming calls to my phone - and that was not available either . Not very helpful - now I’ll try and get my money back - Keep your money and go somewhere else
