I’ve never had a real complaint with this app until the app updated and now it dosen't recognize that I have paid for the upgrade. Now I'm in Mexico with no easy way to stay in contact with home. First I spoke to someone from their customer service. What a nightmare that was!! I contacted iTunes App who assured me everything was paid and up-to-date. I don't know how a company like magic jack can operate on such a poor level when I've actually paid them. $39 dollars later and nothing to show for it except frustration. VERY, VERY disappointed!

This app eats money for international call

I have upgrade today paid $9.99 for one year subscription. After upgrade and paid, I cannot make phone call. After long waiting for customer support, finally get the work. Since I purchased international call, I tried to make international, the message let me waiting and trying to connection, the the clock starts count. After 90 minutes waiting, nothing happened. Then I handoff and check my balance, $0.08 is gone. I got live chat support and tried couple of times, still does not work, my balance is going down. So please use carefully for international, you will be charged for connecting time.

This should be a great app? (I've heard good things) - but the current version of the app, on iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.3 has NO REGISTRATION BUTTON! How am I supposed to use it, if I can't even get registered? MagicApp, please fix - you have to earn stars here...

I used to use this app all the time being overseas, now all of a sudden when I try to log in, I get this, "My subscription is expired" Its hard for me to get support, and its been extremely hard to get any help with this situation. Fix it!

Believe all of the negative reviews...I had this app for one year and I thought it was fantastic. After my year was up and I tried to renew I was not able to, no matter how many times I tried to resolve the matter with the absolutely useless and horrible customer service. Now I can only receive calls, which is actually frustrating instead of me being happy about getting half service for free. This awful mess won't even take my money so I can have the service they claim to provide so it's crap!
