Need higher resolution
For years i was happy with their service. Then just recently they now require that a device be purchased for $40 to use the iphone app. I dont need the device. Just want to continue making calls on my iphone.

even if you have a valid subscription to magic jack, the app gives an error message and says that you have to to go the website to renew your subscription. when you click the link, it redirects you three times before you end up right back at the login screen. it's completely useless and serves no purpose other than to take up space on your phone.

Had magic jack for years and seems like it gets worse. I set up voicemail and sometimes they get my greeting but most of the time they get( the magic subscriber is unavailable leave a message) i pay for this crap to have you advertise on my phone calls. Makes me look unprofessional!

App works well but crashes when you try to take calls over Bluetooth (ie while connected to car). Hands free calling is not an option. Also. The magic app does not sync contact across phones so if you have more than one phone with the app installed the contacts in one app will not appear on the other app. The biggest issue I have had is with regards to using the app on more than one phone. You can only connect the app to one phone at a time. So only one of you can pick up the phone over the app. The house will ring and the app will ring but only one app ring at a time. So if your wife and you want to both hear the phone at home ring on your cell phones that is not possible

The app will not start. It flashes from welcome screen to something else. Flashes by so quickly that you can't read what it is saying. The funny thing is, the app mostly works on there iPhones that I have in my family.

Have a MJ device at home and use app to take voice messages. It works but volume is extremely low. Very hard to hear messages even with iPhone vol at max.

The “hotline” or phone number for this organization repeatedly called me during school and almost got me in trouble. On top of that, what kinda company calls YOU to promote their product?? To top it off, this app is useless. Phone 2 Go does the same thing but better. Waste of space on your phone.

You cannot get a hold of technical support by phone only online and good luck getting someone online.
