Tried to set up an account only to be told that I already have one under my email-um no I don’t-tried my backup email add & same thing-you already have an account with this email! Good grief, I don’t & apparently am not going to set up an account now or ever! This app is horrible! Deleted app, time to move on!

05/2018... I’m not quite sure what is going on with this AP but it doesn’t load or freezes when you choose a concert to get tickets. 2 Years Ago... Every time I try to open app, it keeps crashing. Never had an issue until update.

If you can use a different app to buy your tickets they just delete them and make you buy more the day of never use this app to buy tickets if you can use another

I tried twice to purchase tickets today for a concert. It let me enter in my card information and billing information and told me that I had to select a card payment type! I tried several times to select a card payment and was not promoted with any options! I am extremely upset! I missed not one but two opportunities to buy really great tickets. Please respond with a way to fix this issue.

I never had issues with this app on my Samsung. I switched to an iPhone X and can’t access the app now. It always says connectivity issue no mater how or where I am connected.

Ordered tickets for a concert through LiveNation. They sent me a confirmation email and the tickets. The email said click here to view your tickets, but when I clicked there it took me to a web browser that said you have no tickets. I don’t know what to do because I can’t just buy another ticket, so now I’m screwed.

It doesn’t matter if you’re using the app or the website, Live Nation is an awful place to deal with. The way they refuse to offer the best seats to those willing to buy them during presale, then allowing flat out price gouging on their site by resalers a short time later, should be illegal! The Better Business Bureau or FCC really needs to investigate.
