Useless app. No upcoming shows in Miami even though I'm going to a big one this weekend. And, all searches time out after a few seconds.

I love how the app syncs to my Spotify and Facebook to know what I'm into. Very user friendly and awesome that you get $20 your first ticket.
Terrible redesign/update

After I updated the app all my favorite performers were erased/lost as well as my favorite venues. Re-entering all the venues is annoying but the performers is almost impossible. All of this information should have been retained in my account. I tried to purchase tickets yesterday & the app was painfully slow & when it did work it showed tickets that were no longer available as for sale. Very frustrating. With so few retail ticket outlets these days do to the majority of people buying online that purchasing experience should be much better.

It is not at all intuitive anymore, there isn't a tab for favorited bands and venues I have to go into my profile, I want a tab for "interested" not necessarily going. The concerts I do claim I'm going to don't even get stored anywhere. Confused by this update.

App couldn't find my location, any artists I looked up and no where to put in presale code. Need to fix this.

I have entered my login info multiple times and keep receiving an error message. I have no issue when I enter the same info using a laptop. What's the point of having the app if I can't access my profile and purchases?

I downloaded the app. Immediately opened the app and got a connectivity issue error. I closed the app and reopened it and got the same error. Shame too because I like the website.
