It won't even let you sign out of your account. You can't see any concerts you have saved. It has an option to favorite artists but you can't even figure out how to do that. Very useless app

I bought two tickets to a concert in Birmingham AL through this app and the tickets were not valid when I arrived!! I did not get to see the show and the people at the box office were very rude!

We are at the concert. Can't upgrade and it's horrible!!!!! Ridiculous and there is lots of empty seats.

Does Live Nation not read these reviews? For crying out loud, how many bad reviews do you have to see before you change it back to the way it was?!? I used to access this app constantly, now I never do it b/c it is useless. Please fix so you can get your customers back.

Not sure a worse app could be made if they tried. No synching of favorite artists at all. Ticket transfer never works. So many terrible things. Wish the wasn't the only place to get tickets for most shows. Such an awful monopoly. Figures their app is the worst. They don't care about fans. Just the money.

I've never been mixed to write an app review before, but this is just a horrible upgrade. They basically broke a perfectly useable app. No longer any way to just see what's upcoming in your area. It also seems to have lost my favorites and all but one of my previous purchases. The Help screens aren't updated and refer to screens and tabs that no longer exist. Thankfully there's still the older version of the TixketMaster app which basically does the same thing.

Won't let me upgrade tickets or parking.

I was excited to see that I could possibly upgrade seats. However, the page will not load. Three reasons why it may not be loading come up on the screen but none of those things seem to be the issue. This also happens when you try to buy parking through the app. I would imagine they are loosing a large amount of money from this glitch. I hope they fix it for mutual benefits.

Total disaster! Before I was able to see month by month who was coming to town. I can't remember how many tickets I got to see artist that were not on my radar because of this app, now I can only see their featured tours... And stupid addition of food near by? Really?!?! Very bad judgment Live Nation I am deleting you...

Ever since upgrading my app version, I can no longer see information for upcoming shows, it won't save artists or venue information under favorites and the ticket information tab never loads.
